Anneliese Louise van der Pol - an American born Dutch performer and actress is an Dutch national. She is well-known for her work in the theatre and also for starring in the role of Chelsea Daniels on the Disney Channel series That's So Raven and its spin-off Raven's Home. To promote an episode of Disneymania in 2006, van der Poli covered the Disney Classic Candle on the Water.
